What is the best course of antibiotics for Serratia marcescens in nasal cavity?

My ENT tested my sinus mucus and test results found Serratia marcescens.
Any idea what is the best antibiotic for that ?

I am allergic to Sulfa so can't do TMP/SMX ,
How about tobramycin?
