Vitamin E and potassium?

I've read vitamin E has diuretic effect, which I experience right now. I need potassium and probably calcium or sodium (havent figured yet) after taking vitamin E for sleep/heart palpitations. Taurine helps to shorten potassium need.

Does vitamin E deplete potassium on its own or through depleting taurine? Can fat soluble vitamins deplete taurine?

Another reason to think that's it's taurine dropped is eyesight problem I got after taking vitamin E. I take many supplements everyday so it's hard to say what helped, but I don't have problems with eyes since started taurine.

Update. I think vitamin E deplete potassium because it raises zinc absorption. And zinc in excess seem to antogonise potassium. I need lots of zinc now on vitamin C protocol, and my potassium need really raised judging by symptoms
