Had Vitamin D tested and I'm on the borderline low, been on Fred's protocol for a few years, finding that taking 1000ui of vitamin D causes potassium and folate to drop out in a big way.

At this stage can't really identify any real symptom benefit from taking vitamin D. (Prior to starting methylation protocols, never had any problem taking Vit D.) Any one else had similar experience?

Starting to wonder if better way to get vIt D is the sun!

Thanks. I do take magnesium, but not vit k, so will look I to that.

But definitely linked to potassium and folate deficiency symptoms as well - anyone else observed this?
