I have CFS due to Epstein bar, IGG VCA of 350-500 in average.
I begun Valtrex, but side effects are very bad at low dose of 1000mg, I have incurable Candida (I think that is due to inmune imbalance) and looking the metabolism of Valalcyclovir, part of it are metabolized by aldehyde dehydrogenase, these enzyme are stressed in me due to acetaldehyde from Candida.
If I use valtrex in pulses, for some weeks, stop and restart again in short time, the virus returns to initial levels? or remain stable in lower counts?
