I think it's only for people in the UK and Ireland; can't remember exactly what it said when I started it.

Some of the questions are not very well-worded, but it's worth trying to get through it even if you have to fudge some answers.

On the first page with questions, it makes you select a country in the UK or Ireland. Can't continue without doing that, so it really is just for those folks.
