I found these are related to my genetic condition I don't know why they are linked but I've seen them mentioned before in ME/cfs circles.
Doxycycline
Cannabidol. (These two might work on microglial activation)
Vitamin D3
Proline
glutamate
I think Glutamate and cAMP are part of the process.Glutamate may be too high and cAMP a part of the metabolic process.I know that forskolin is meant to elevate cAMP levels
