Catseye recommended Enzymatic Kreb's cycle mineral chelates to me a couple of years ago and I've been using them ever since. Himalayan sea salt contains a little too but probably not worth the money .. IMHO ... Schiff's also makes a chelated mineral supplement. X

In the family we have all been using Minerall for a few years, which is now difficult to get. I like the fact that it does not include pro-oxidants like copper and iron.

Scroll all the way down to see the ingredient's table.

In addition, we add the following singles because we need extra:

- Potassium Iodide http://www.totaldiscountvitamins.com/product/8204/pure_encapsulations
- Vanadium http://www.kirkmanlabs.com/ViewProductDetails@Product_ID@133@Product_Group_ID@1.aspx
- Chromium http://www.kirkmanlabs.com/ViewProductDetails@Product_ID@120@Product_Group_ID@1.aspx
- Molybdenum http://www.kirkmanlabs.com/ViewProductDetails@Product_ID@130@Product_Group_ID@1.aspx

Of course a lot of zinc too, though I don't know if this one is considered a 'trace' mineral.

I like endurance from tracemineral research. It also has electrolytes in it. I crave it. and I also take seasalt with seaveggies in it (so i have enough iodine)

Just curious if anyone else has tried trace minerals? Concentrace did seem to get some positive reviews on iHerb, but I'm not sure if everyone actually notices a difference in taking them even if they need them. I take a lot of supplements and I can't really tell if they're working or not.
