So I have a autoimmune chronic inflammation disease called sarcoidosis. I've done tons of research but can't figure out if cyctokines are responsible for my CFS like symptom's? I understand sarcoidosis is granulomas (White blood cell clumps) which they play a role in the immune system overreacting . If anyone has better information then what I've found on my own that would be wonderful
