I did it weekly with a practitioner for two years, and was treated by Ray himself monthly. I did the daily exercises myself during that time, and the hot-cold compresses on the spine. I got a big herx when I started. I don't know how much it contributed to a slow picking up of my functioning, but the basics of his theory make sense to me. Its not hard to do at home, reading his book is probably the best way to prep yourself, I gave my copy away, so cant remember how specific it is. If I can find any of the handouts from the clinic, will copy and post. I stopped when I got a frozen shoulder and couldn't do the exercises. I certainly met people in the clinic waiting room who had seen a huge improvement from it. I didn't really get that, but I do think alongside other approaches it can help. For me, not curative, but useful.
