The Multivitamin Thread

From what I have gathered, multivitamins work for some people and not for others. I've been using individual vitamins for about a year and I'd like to see if I can switch to a multi for convenience. Here are some options:

I used the ones from Vitacost, usually pay about $5 a month for them, I but them when thay are BOGO. Figure it is better than the ones I would buy at the store. They usually have high doses of Vitamin D in them, Coq10 and NAC perhaps? And of course some B Vitamins :)

That looks very good. It has a lot more of several B vitamins than the one I posted, and modestly more of other things. And it's about 1/3 the cost.

This is the multivitamin I've been taking for years. You can even save money by taking just one per day:
http://www.lifeextension.com/vitamins-supplements/item02014/two-per-day-capsules

It has folate in the form of L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate.

I took this for well over a year, it went on sale and I picked it up for cheap, seems like they do this on a yearly basis. I think you can end up paying only $5 a month for this as well. I was just already stocked up, so I didn't buy anymore. Now that I realize it, perhaps when it goes on sale again, I will buy it. They also sent me the magazine for free. Lots of interesting articles in the mag, I like reading it.
