Have you seen Dr. Kenny de Meirleir? I am hoping to get a full picture of the initial lab tests he commonly orders, from patients who might still have the chart from their first visit handy.

I've seen some of his R.E.D. Labs orders/results, but it seemed too short to cover all the common tests he'd be running at first.

KDM seems to have a nice long list of tests he uses. Is his "the longest", perhaps?
