Swirling mind/ mild hypersensitivity made worse by vitamin E

Why might my hypersensitivity and ‘brain/vision swirling around’ feeling be made worse by vitamin E?

might it be affecting the level of some
Neurotransmitter? Or depleting another vitamin/nutrient?

Any information or knowledge on the effects of vitamin E welcome. Thanks
