So I got me an ozonator, how do I get to use it?

Hi

I've bought me this device, does anyone of you have experience with it and how to use it? The manual is just an A5 paper.

I've tried to ozonate a glass of water, the smell was strong so I turned it off after 3 min and put the glass in the refrigerator, the smell is gone.

Ozone sounds very promising but I feel it can be aggressive and potentially harmful too.

So my question would be, how can I use it safely? Breathing that stuff in can't be good.

I used to have an ozone generator and found two methods that were helpful: rectal insullfation and piping ozone into an air tight "tent" with your head outside. You do NOT want to breathe it! Each of these two protocols have specific protocols but I don't remember them--but I'm sure you can find studies on the internet.

I put mine on the garage for 30minutes I do not breath, then drink water, I try not to inhale while drinking the water. I do burp some.
I read you cannot overdose on water ozone since the saturation peaks in the water. But please do your research.
If yours can be adjusted should give instruction for ear, rectal...
Is always good to start low and slow.
I put Ice on my water since it retains the ozone longer.
After a few minutes I read, is just purified water since it looses the ozone.
So best to consume as you prepare it. The smell is not pleasant.
I also read you can put it in your skin whole body. I think hip has a thread on cheap ways for ozone or something like that.
I really liked the ear one but doctor did it. I will buy a stestoscope when summer comes so I can do safely outside

Definitely not. Ozone gas is harmful if breathed into the lungs. But used properly, ozone has a long history of medical application. One study found that ozone therapy improves fatigue and reduces viral load in hepatitis C.

I apply ozone transdermally using the "easy ozone method" detailed in the post PatJ linked to just above.

.The concept that ozonetherapy is endowed with an acute oxidative stress bothers the opponents of this approach because they consider it as a damage inflicted to the patients, possibly already under a chronic oxidative stress. they do not believe that ozonetherapy induces a multivaried therapeutic response already well documented in some diseases.

Moreover they do not distinguish the chronic oxidative stress (cos) due to an endogenous and uncontrolled hyperoxidation with the small and transient oxidative stresses that we can precisely perform ex vivo with the ozone dose."

. Because ozone causes acute oxidative stress, although this may have therapeutic benefits, it may be a good idea not to perform ozone therapy too often (say no more than twice a week), to avoid depleting the body of antioxidants.

Idk these parts make me afraid if trying it. I accidentally breathed it in and it felt like my chest was burning, you said taking it in orally made you feel bad.

This stuff is harsh. Doing it that transdermal way didn't have any side effects in your experience, is it absolutely safe?

I did lots and lots of transdermal sessions in my air-proof tent and always felt better afterward, though the rectal method (very short bursts--like ten seconds and only a couple of them) was more beneficial for me. It would need some proper guidance on methods and times though. Sorry, I have forgotten.

@Sushi you used a generator similar to the one above for the rectal treatments?

From memory, 3 x 10 second bursts?
How often?
It was a different type--quite expensive? But I really can't remember the protocol as it was many years ago. I'm sure the recommended protocol is available online. I had about a 3 year remission from ozone and IV hydrogen peroxide, but I didn't know that I had ME/CFS at that time and didn't do maintenance, so I relapsed.
