According to the authors the first two molecules (number 1 and 2) are the most effective ones.

I identified the first two molecules by their IUPAC name as:

compound 1: ethyl (5Z)-5-[(3-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]-4-oxo-2-(phenylamino)-4,5-dihydrothiophene-3-carboxylate

compound 2: 5-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-8-thia-4,6-diazatricyclo[7.4.0.0^{2,7}]trideca-1(9),2(7),5-trien-3-one

Unfortunately, they don't seem to be approved drugs .
