Has anyone tried Seeking Health's liquid liposomal L-5-MTHF?
I confirmed with them that this product does not use Merck's or Gnosis' patented product. I'm assuming this is ok since it is still the L version of 5-MTHF, but I'm still in the learning curve of this process, so thought I'd check in and see if anyone has any experience or opinions on this product.
