This is great stuff, which is three breakfast-coffees in length for me!....especially if you are ruminating on a class action suit.....or whatever we call it in the UK. It is from the Scottish Legal News and is a three-part blog (update.....as from this morning 11th June 2021, a four-part blog) on ME referencing certain legal ramifications called Orthodoxy on trial I: the pathogenesis of a diagnosis. I particularly enjoyed the author's hint of a legal noose dropping round the neck of a certain paediatrician of Bath.
