Can anyone help me with what this marker might indicate? I’m post viral me/CFS w bad orthostatic hypotension, mild POTS and burning pain everywhere.
I did a long COVID cytokine panel (I never had COVID but it was a cheap way to look at a bunch of inflammatory markers), and one thing that was off the charts was SCD40L.
Has anyone treated for this specifically and if so, what worked?
