Low dose Lithium orotate may be worth mentioning here as it upregulate BDNF and can help restore BBB.
Been taking .25mg for a few months and its coincided with some improvements. Short term i know it helps my sleep, and sometimes I get a bit more energy for a few hours when i take alongside b12.
