Question about Tumor Necrosis Factor and Medicinal Mushrooms?

Hi Folks...

I have a question: I am desperate to increase my Natural Killer Cell activity as I am having non-stop infections.
I thought I had a remedy with wild turkey tail mushroom. The FDA did a trial for women experiencing low natural killer cell activity after receiving radiation, for breast cancer, and it showed positive results.

However, they raise Tumor Necrosis Factor and my understanding is that raising this in ME/CFS is a no-no? If that is so, has anyone tried any medicinal mushroom that does not raise TNF?
