Psych Study States Mood Disorders Not an Integral Part of ME/CFS

Yes ME/CFS patients have an increased rate of mood disorders but is ME/CFS a psychological disorder? Some people still apparently think it is. This study took ME/CFS patients with mood disorders and treated them for their mood disorders (curing many of them of their mood problems). But did they still have ME/CFS afterwards? If I'm reading this study right - yes they did - fixing their mood disorders must have made those patients feel better but it apparently didn't help much with their ME/CFS.
