Has anyone took this before. It's called propax gold with nt factor plus resveratrol & co-q10.
It's a complete multi-vitamin, multi-mineral, antioxidant, omega 3, and pre/probiotic complexes plus nt factor.
I took this for about 4 months and initially I had an energy boost and felt good but I have since crashed big style.
It's got vit b12 in but cyanocobalamin at 25 mcg.
I took 1000mcg of methyl b12 yesterday and I feel awful today, all tense and anxious.
I am waiting for methylfolate to arrive.
