Progress report on my recovery

I still find it difficult to believe that I am continuing to improve. The urge to have a long sleep and bedrest during the day is starting to seem like a bad dream.

In fact, I am starting to feel relatively normal again much like how I felt before getting ME/CFS in 1994.

I would also like to draw your attention to my recent post "Caution about statins". You are encouraged to read the article at https://www.psychologytoday.com/au/...ng-new-discovery-in-treating-cfs-fibromyalgia

This mentions that if anyone is taking statins on a long term basis, they should also take coenzyme Q10 and pregnenolone.
