When I was sectioned in 2014 with severe ME, one of the alternative diagnosis they came up with for me was Oppositional Defiant Disorder. It is like something out of the dark ages and really frightens me especially as it is children involved. Is there an adult form of PRS?

Being ‘sectioned’ is the term that is often used when someone is detained under the Mental Health Act. The Mental Health Act is the law which can allow someone to be admitted, detained (or kept) and treated in hospital against their wishes.
