Coursera is offering a course on pain, is free, if you skip the book lectures, it is very interesting and have a few cool tricks, I didn't realized how much pain I cause myself by just watching TV, Computer and wrong posture in most of what I do.
Trick, I put speed to 2X so is faster and skip the things I am not interested in so it goes quite fast.
