Preliminary result of furthered improvement obviously leading to health

I edited the post above for I had forgotten the new invention of B3 and B9 (folate) seemingly being a couple, whereby B3 must be much higher then B9. This afternoon I had a good test with B3/9, taurin and a bit VitC in coffee, also including typically a bit of Vit D, and then only VitC. This was very good. I will see.

A bad idea was the other amino acids in coffee..

So, I give the nut creme application a try, this seems to be more effective. Everything listed is, as having said, with B3 and B9 (folate), and as said in nut creme.

1. [LYS, more TYR, more BCCA], with TYR working on the dopamine system

2. [VITC] with working on the noradrenalin system

3. [TRP] with working on the serotonin system


The above mentioned B#s will also ned a place, as tried not after 1.

VITD will help to configurate manganese new (manganese export out of the cells), as the nut creme will provide the metall for getting it in the cells (glutamin syntheasis).

Then taurin is importendin my experience, maybe crucially as all other stuff. This might come after 1..

Finally let me say that I got a D2 agonist from my doc. Only very low amounts are tolerabel, or better saying, are good, and higher amounts are bad. I guess now I can get higher dosages.


This will take 4-5 months to figure out all proberly.

A new main thing: also vitamin C works in the nucleus accumbens releasing dopamine there. So there are now two parts with each possibly having subparts.

1. B3/B9 + KCl or TAU (or B12)

2. VitC + B2 or B1 or B7 (possibly also LYS)

3. VItC or B3 + citrate (being a finish)


Succes will depend also on the question if something more is needed in such a pronaunces manner. "Pronounced" measn here, drinking the stuff sipwise.

Helpful at least on the short run ise aripiriprazol, I will see.

It is rather important to follow the order: A B C

Then there can be added things in A and C, but not in C.
These are as well in an order:

And adding a tiny bit VitD to alle of them.
The "or+" alternatives are to be taken in this order with the other ones too.

There are some minor corrections.

1. KaCl goes into the B3 water.

2. In the B3 water the inhibitory molecules TAUT, B12 and Acetate are canceled out.

3. In the water with TAUR, B12 and Acetate the Bs are canceled out.

4. The first water with changes to C, ARG and D and is not necesary.

5. ARG is in every water.


So, this makes 3x3 waters. The effect per day is limited.

There is a simplification, making it basically to a 3x2 application. The Zn goes together with the inhibitory molecules. So far no Ni and Mg. So, here it is:

1. VitC >> VitD + Acetate ..... (all only very little here as VitC for itself does not have the power)

2. B3>>B6+B9>VitD>>KCl + a) B2 +b) B1 +c) B7

3. VitC>>Zn>VItD + a) TAUR +b) B12 + c) Aceatate


Order: 1 -2a - 3a -2b - 3b 2c - 3c
