Possibly going down the anti-viral path

Hello, I'm continuing to turn over stones to try to figure out my ME/CFS and POTS. I have been fighting for 6 years with little success.
My latest labs:
EBV VCA igg: 481H (positive >= 22 U/mL)
EBV VCA igm: <10 (negative < 36 U/mL)
EBV Early Antigen: 148H (positive >= 11 U/mL)
EBV Nuclear: <3 (negative < 18 U/mL)
CMV igg: >10H (positive >= 0.7 U/mL)
CMV igm: 15.4 (negative < 30 U/mL)

My EBV Early Antigen has increased from (74.1H, 76.8H, 68.6 H to 148.0H) and all other EBV titers values have remained roughly the same. CMV igg has increased from (9.3H, 8.0H to >10H). Based on the below two articles, I'm suspicious of my EBV Early Antigen titers, because they were high to begin with and now they have doubled in my latest labs. Any thoughts on my test results or other words of wisdom?

@JasonUT I have looked under this "stone" too in the past, and can't find any real answers. It seems many doctors have their own lab value ranges in mind for who should receive anti-viral therapies. It does seem like your EBV EA is very high, as well as your EBV VCA. I think it could be worthwhile to see if your doc will let you try them. I'm quite sure EBV has had a hand in taking me down and my numbers are high, but not nearly as high as yours. I'm sorry I have less experience with CMV maybe there's something in Hip's guide?

@JasonUT Are you still pursuing treatment for autoimmunity? I remember talking to you in the past b/c you also tested positive for the calcium channel/LEMS autoantibody and you were doing IVIG (unless I am totally confused... which is possible... and I don't post on a regular basis any more)!

Not at this time. That angle is on hold pending other complications. Also, still trying to get an appointment with Dr. Vernino.
