I would like to know the general view on ad-b12 sublingual brands and their effectivity. I'm adding as many as I could find on iherb. If you have experience with some other brand,please share your opinion. Don't forget to vote.
Also, I've read some people having positive experiences with the Anabol product in comparison to the Source Naturals product. Being a capsule, how much absorption would it allow when compared to a sublingual?
