Hi everyone, I wanted to know if researchers on ME / CFS and related neurodegenerative diseases had ever considered upstream defects on PL3K / AKT enzymes / genes? under-regulation or over-regulation could negatively impact the use of glucose to the CNS and various organs including skeletal muscle.

Thanks
