I'm moving from Oregon to Georgia in two months due to my spouse accepting a job offer.

Over here I had a professional, highly qualitative N.D. who helped me gain in functionality through dosage adjustment of LDN and through adding Abilify at a low dose. She exemplified care and open-mindedness.

When I move, I will lose access to the N.D. and the compounding pharmacy because they cannot work across state lines.

I found a pharmacy in Colorado that will compound those medications and ship to GA. However I have had absolutely no luck finding a future prescriber.

Among the states which allow the prescription of medications by naturopathic doctors, there is an additional regulation that makes it so that they are only allowed to practice in the state where they obtained their license.

Following this, I am obligated to identify an allopathic-type prescriber. Does anyone know of any online telemedicine service in the U.S. that treats / sees CFS patients? I do not want to rely upon a doctor when I get to the Atlanta Metro Area for all my health needs.

Although doctors in this country are highly competent, they simultaneously exert too much control and are conservative next to the care I received in Europe. Not bumping on any one place over another, they are just different. Conversely, a lot of European doctors were flexible and receptive to patient feedback, but they were also often asleep on the job and inert.

Thanks for any help!

I don't know if he'll prescribe the things you've been on but Dr Dantini in Florida says on his website that he'll do telehealth. I think his main focus is antivirals and avoidance of food allergies. He's an immunologist I believe. ???

He has a book too if you wanted to read up on his treatment philosophy. It's on Hoopladigital. You'll need a library card and your library also has to be a participant in their system. https://www.hoopladigital.com/title/12381729. Or you could just purchase the book somewhere else if you don't have that service.

It seems that I may yet have some luck; apparently naturopathic doctors who practice "under" an M.D.'s license can prescribe. There seems to be some configuration like this set up at a specific clinic in Atlanta.

I am in GA, too.

Hunter-Hopkins Center in Charlotte, NC has Dr Lapp and Dr Hillman, who prescribe LDN. Call to find out if you can do telehealth only and get on wait list. I kept calling every 2 weeks or so to check for cancellations.

I go in person once a year and telehealth at 6mobth mark. First in-person lasted 4 hours on day 1 and 1 hr on day 2 due to cpet testing and computerized nueropsych cognitive.
Your local pharmacy may be anle to compound the ldn, and mine accepted the rx from out of state.
Good luck.

I don’t know if this helps you but I get my LDN from agelessrx.com. It was really easy to get. I just filled out a form, a doctor reviewed it, then it showed up in the mail. Someone else on here said they now require a short telehealth appointment. The only issue is that they don’t accept insurance so you have to pay the $35 a month for it out of pocket.

This is really helpful and very aligned with what I'm after, so I reached out. Fingers crossed.
