Pall peroxy nitrite treatment failure

I got my methylation panel back and my nitrotyrosine levels were elevated.
So I read up on pall theory that nitrotyrosine is linked to peroxynitrite and
That can be at the core of this cfs disease.

So I researched and followed the protocol to try to lower peroxynitrite levels
Using gamma e tocopherol and tocotrienol, but 2 or 3 days in I got sick with
A lung infection that never went away, so I took antibiotics to cure.

I wasn't sure if there was a connection or it was random, so I read up
On the protocol and tried something else, so I found hydroxocobalamin
Is a powerful scavenger of peroxynitrite or nitric oxide etc. so I did 10mg

Injections and within 2-3 days now I have a bad cold.
So now I am looking for a reason why suppressing peroxynitrite is causing
Immune system suppression.

I have read that the immune system uses peroxynitrite to fight infections
So maybe because I have hhv6 ebv, mycoplasma etc that my nitrotyrosine
Levels are elevated because my immune system is trying to kill these infections.
Which baffles me because from everything I have read, the pall theory is that
Elevated peroxynitrite is causing all my problems, and leads to these infections.

So I am stuck now on what to do now. I am researching while I recover from
This cold.
