One thing I don't understand about Dr. Chia's dosing regimen for oxymatrine supplement (OM) is why he has people take it for longer than 7 days (2.5 months or more) without a rest . OM inhibits growing cells at the G0 to G1 phase of the growth cycle. This means that those cells can't heal well when you're taking it. When I take a supplement with this effect I dose 7 days on, 7 days off to allow my body to recover. If someone has a greater amount of healing to accomplish they may even have to stop for a longer time period as more serious wounds take longer to heal.
