Norepinephrine and supplements

I have a diagnosis of ME/CFS and autoimmune POTS and my blood tests persistently show low levels of norepinephrine. However, my doctors do not attach any importance to this finding. I wonder if these low levels of norepinephrine are usual in ME/CFS and POTS. What supplements can be used to increase norepinephrine?

As a neurotransmitter, which works over very short distances, levels of norepinephrine in the blood must be interpreted with caution. (As a hormone, levels in the blood might be more relevant.) Nonetheless, there does seem to be a reduction in norepinephrine signaling in ME and POTS:

What supplements can be used to increase norepinephrine?

The following norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor could be tried, but only with caution:

Strattera (atomoxetine)
