Nitric oxide do you take it?

Senior Member
hey guys, I have two qs re nitric oxide for those taking it

1. Do you have active viruses such as ebv and hhv6? I ask because the no2black has arginine, and I was under the impression that this was a Nono for these viruses..?

2.how do you take it?
-only when you over exert yourself? If so, before exertion or after?

Thanks! :)

There's mixed messages in various forums but it might all depend on the state of ones own arginine transport mechanism function for those that have problems with EBV from arginine supplementation.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12490409, This paper concludes;
[These results indicated that L-Arg induces iNOS and generates NO, which inhibits EBV reactivation in EBV-positive cells.]
