I would like to ask what your experience with these two compounds is?
Nimodipine and Propranolol

I have Beta-2-AR Autoantibodies and OI/POTS symptomatic with autonomic dysfunction.
Propranolol is recommended to block the Activation of Beta2AR

Nimodipine is regulating some of the counter effects of chronic Beta2AR activation.

Anyone here with Beta2AR AABs that tried these meds?

CFS/POTS/POIS here and more. Never got the chance to test for Beta-AR autoantibodies. Nimodipine is on my list of meds to try. I'm trialing Pyridostigmine at this moment. Will come back to this thread if its nimodipine's turn, it could take a while though. Please update the thread when you have tried it.
