Niacin involved in activating B2?

Is that intelligible to anyone? i've heard ben lynch allude to this?

I can't wrap my mind around why b complexes have so much niacin in general

they eat up way too many methyl donors for me.

I'm unclear if i should be dosing some niacin to support methylation though?

it seem like i have an active b2 deficieincy-ie, i don't convert it to the active form in the body well. i have tried supplementing that but my gut reacted poorly. I'm trying another brand now.

This one also bothered my stomach, though less- Thorne. First one was Swanson.
