Edit: Oh, no...I just noticed in your first post you said you have ADHD (me too) and Autism.

Do you get hypersensory overload from the Autism? If so, I'm sorry. I hope I didn't give you too much to try to read all at once esp since you said the forum is confusing to you.

And some of us, well me, I seem to have great trouble swallowing pills. Add twenty more pills often just does't work for me.

@Creationz , may I suggest you modify your title so it indicates your discussing B vitamins and B-12?

I just started a new B-12 sublingual, discussed in another thread. So far, I've consumed "less than one drop"

Thankyou for your reply and answer. I'll try and go through them but you're right. I do get confused and get decision paralysis due to not handling lots of information. So what i tend to do is either forget about it or order lots of supplements. I wish there was an easy way. This condition is very debilitating

Yep. I get this too. It's awful. I think some of it for me comes from fear of making the wrong choices and then having to deal with the fallout of those choices since this disease makes fixing issues after the fact even harder.
