Probably because it's been hard to find in the past.
Thanks for posting it.
On the ear, likely just relevent for me, but I've gotten severe bouts of vertigo in the past (not from this- have never tried) and therefore stay away from anything that might cause any kind of stimulation or vibration of inner ears.
