Need help analyzing 23andme results

Hey

I have finally done the 23andme test.
This quite surprised me cause i was sure i had some mthfr issues but i don't.
I suffer from chronic fatigue and depression which antidepressants do nothing for it.
I found out i have some mtr/mtrr issues which as i read this mutation needs lots of methyl B12 which i already taking 1 mg daily.
Should i add methyl folate for it? although i don't have any mthfr mutation? Cause i feel a bit anxious when taking the methyl B12 alone.
I also have comt mutations should it be a problem? I understand people with comt mutations can't tolerate methyl groups very well.
Is there anything i can do with the VDR/Taq mutation? i have vitamin d deficiency but i can't tolerate high doses of vitamin d (it cause me migraine) i can only tolerate 1000IU daily.
Should i continue with the methyl B12 and methyl folate? or exchange it to hydroxy B12 base on my results.

Any help will do for me i really need it

Thanks

@uriraha - It really doesn't look like there's much of any problem showing up there. If you want to look up more MTHFR and MTRR results, I've got lists at http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/interesting-mthfr-variations.24543/ and http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/interesting-mtrr-variations.24551/

Additionally, I've got a small downloadable program at http://sourceforge.net/projects/analyzemygenes/ which pulls out your very rare results. Results starting with "i" are often known to be pathogenic, and homozygous results can be especially interesting as well.
