Mycoplasma, bio weapons and possible cures

Ok I know this has been around for a while and a lot of people here have already discussed it but it is some thing that just keeps coming up again and again when researching cfs.

The claim is that mycoplasma is the root cause of many cases of cfs and other 'mysterious' illnesses with no known cure.

The more you dig the more you realise there may be something to it. There are some big players involved. At one time a Prof Engel who was at the head of one of the U.S major health Depts. said he believed mycoplasma was the cause of cfs, and that he had the documents to back it up.

I have also read of many claims of cures from treating it. I have also read of many that greatly improve while on the treatment but relapse when going off it, as it can be very hard to eradicate.

Reading stories are one thing but I'd like to ask people here if they or know of anyone who has done any of the following

•ever had a PCR tests for mycoplasma?

•tried treating it?

•retested afterwards?

Yes Prof. Nicolsons name comes up a lot there are also many others in high places who are mentioned.

@knackers323 Dr. Nicolson is a researcher and does not treat patients.

I saw him speak years ago. There were special tests for Mycoplasma Fermentans, Incognito which is the form he believes is the bad one which he also links to Gulf War Syndrome.

His treatment back then was cycles of doxycycline. Six weeks on then a few off to get your gut right again. I don't remember anyone having significant results from that. I tried his protocol for 6 months back in the late 90's and didn't notice anything significant.

I found some posts on earthclinic and lymebusters by a guy who claims to know someone who worked on mycoplasma's and says that they know what the treatment for it is.

It involves h202, borax and a couple other things.

Sounds pretty far out there but anyone know about or tried this?
