MSM Over Methylation + TUDCA Fatigue?

I have noticed that MSM creates over methylation symptoms. The only thing which alleviates it is Zinc, not even methyl buffers. This happens from only 1gram as well. I heard that if you over methylate from as little as 3-5g it points to another issue so I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas?

My other question is TUDCA makes me pretty fatigued so if you have insight into why that is I'd appreciate it.
