I have made an MRI of my spine and neck area. Radiologist didn't saw anything abnormal on it (except some degradation and scoliosis in general). But I think I might have some Chiari Malformation. What do you guys think? (See photographs in attachment)

I cannot tell, this is a specialized area. The normal threshold is 5mm extension, as far as I know, but some specialists claim one can have symptoms without that much drop. It probably would be worth communicating with a specialist and sending your imagining for review. Maybe try contacting the Chiari & Syringomyelia Foundation for more guidance: https://csfinfo.org/
