Mold test - should I detox? I am so unwell for 3 years and no answers.

Just had some functional testing done - do these mold numbers mean I should detox? I have been unwell for 3 years and after many, many tests still cannot find what's wrong.

Pyrrhus - in a new house that has never had any kind of leaking/water problem. Always dry. I did temporarily live in an apartment for a year prior to moving into the house and that is when the symptoms started. Apartment didn't smell or appear to have mold.

Sick for 3 years and new doc recently found SIBO, leaky gut, high homocysteine and extreme histamine and folate intolerance. Checking MTHFR as well now.
