I get this! I get it worse on my left side - up my neck, face and ears.
When I was busy having seizures in July the ambulance crew commented on the "rash".
I wondered if it was POTs thing (if I have hyperadrenal-whatd'ycallit POTS)
I have exactly the same BP and pulse thing too!

This might be useful then: The UK Mastocytosis Support Group. They may be able to refer you to a specialist to get tested.
