When it says take this and place it under the tongue for 45 mins to and hour how do you stop it dissolving? Mine seems to dissolve after 20 mins or so.
I can get my Enzymatic Therapy to last 1.5 to 2 hours, sometimes longer. I put it under my upper lip and leave it there. I find all sublinguals dissolve way too quickly under the tongue.
