Metabolon Testing

Was wondering if anyone has done the metabolon testing? I see two on their site for use- META UDX and META IMD. META UDX features 100 metabolites and META IMD features 800. I was thinking about doing the NutrEval, but if I’m going to do some testing and put myself under a microscope I’d rather do it once and get the whole picture versus do several tests. I’m also going to do the Mayo Autoimmune Encephalitis test.

NutrEval is an excellent and useful trst from which can work out a customized treatment plan. Mybgamiky has been using off for 9 years snd I know dozens of other people who have done it with good success. They have a sample test result on the NutrEval page of their website.

Sometimes, though, one can have too much data that you can't see the gorest for the trees. If I were to do the Metabolon the question I'd be asking is whether people are getting actionable info from their results and who interprets the test?

Yes, as I understand metabolon is so in depth that it may appear as another language. If I were to do the test, I would consult a biochemical geneticist to interpret the results and go over further options with me.

I would be extremely interested in knowing who you have in mind for this task. Is there such a thing?

I have my genetics report to a genetics consultant when I had cancer and all he cared about was the 4 genes for Lynch Syndrome, which I didn't have, but ignored the rest.

And I've looked for mitochondria snd metsbolidm specialists and they are virtually nonexistent.

The best I've been able to find are functional medicine doctors, most of whom use the Genova test.
