Someone posted these in one of the Lyme FB groups today.
Consequently, I think they're geared more towards those who suspect they may have Lyme causing their ME/CFS.
Also I only glanced over them but I think they are mainly US sites but please don't take my word for it because the one site has a lot of listings.
