Low seizure threshold treatment?

The most annoying symptoms for me HAS to be this inability to read without my brain straining with pain, the inability to listen to sounds such as music, the inability to use my phone and last but not least, the inability to watch television.

When you have these symptoms, what are you left with? A westerner forced into becoming a monk staring at 4 walls all day. It’s f*****g hilarious.. NOT!!

I’ve heard it’s called a ‘low seizure threahold’. I haven’t been able to read up on it because I can’t read at the moment.

Can anyone recommend any reliable/effective supplements for this please? Struggling to cope here.

Thanks.

@SmokinJoeFraz93 - I wonder if the ketogenic diet would help you? It helps prevent seizures in epileptics and @leokitten has reported great results with it for various things, including sleep. See this thread.

I don't have the sensitivity you do with low seizure threshold - I'm really sorry it's so hard for you. This illness is bad enough without that!
