Low Dose Multivitamin

Does anyone know of a quality multivitamin that uses low doses of the activated forms, preferably nonmethyl forms though like hydroxocobalamin and folinic acid? The Seeking Health one has way too much p5p in my opinion so I haven't tried it yet. I also have Dr Yasko's but I just haven't tried it yet. Has anyone else? Any thoughts or input would be great. Thanks.
