Liquid Nitrogen to zap dermo probs?

I saw a dermotologist today and he zapped about 5 places on my face where little "icks" were growing.

Now my head feels like a big "ick"--headache....

Anyone else reacted to liquid nitrogen treatments?

Or maybe it is just a coincidence?
