I’m 25 years old (Male) with experience of sexual intercourse. However, since becoming unwell with ME, my organism doesn’t feel like sex, neither do I get much erections. Masturbation is practically nonexistent.

I’ve ALWAYS suffered from pre-ejaculation and sex has never lasted long because of that issue. Sex has also been very hard work (mentally) for me even before having ME/CFS.

I have a history of prolonged vigorous exercise that I’m thinking could have affected my testosterone levels.

Whenever I take phenibut (GABA-B agonist), I’ll feel INCREDIBLY horny. It’s as if I’m a human being again and that raw, biological mechanism is ‘working again’, but for some reason I just can’t participate in sex.

Since having ME, my autism symptoms have got much worse, so I’m thinking that my lack of sexual desire is to do with the autism.

If anyone has successfully treated these issues, and could help, I would be grateful.

HI,

sounds like a big psychological problem for me. Before ME/CFS you always came to fast, now you're not into sex anymore. I have experienced very high libido and due to ativan almost no libido. Do you take other drugs than the listed above?
How was it back in the days when you were healthy. When you were watching porn or closed your eyes in bed... Did you have the same issues or only in sexual intercourse with another one?

All the best

Hey! It could well be psychological. I’ve suffered mental health issues since a child. Perhaps sympathetic dominance could be causing the pre-ejaculation.

I’m a daily user of marijuana, but have noticed no change whatsoever in libido.

Well I’d say I was healthy in terms of sexual appetite. I’ve just always suffered pre-ejaculation despite my sexual partner.
